At Best Deals Radar, we are committed to providing an exceptional level of service at all times. However, we recognize that things can sometimes go wrong. We strive to resolve all customer concerns in a timely, fair, and professional manner in compliance with our internal complaints procedures.

How Can I Make a Complaint?

What will happen next?

  • We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days.
  • A full investigation will be carried out, and we will provide a response within 2 weeks.
  • If we need additional time. Within 4 weeks, we aim to thoroughly look into and address your concerns. If this is not feasible, we will write to you to explain why we are not yet in a position to resolve the complaint.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

We take complaints seriously and use them as opportunities to enhance our services. We also ensure that all marketing activities comply with Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines and maintain ethical affiliate marketing practices.
