How to cook
Defrost Frozen
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
– 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
– 2 hr.
Gas 6
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging, including plastic cap.
Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 2 hours.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
For a medium cook, reduce time accordingly.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
– 3 hr.
Gas 6
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging, including plastic cap.
Place in a roasting tin, cover loosely with foil.
Place near the middle of the oven.
2 hours into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 1 hour.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
For a medium cook, reduce time accordingly.
